Henk is tax partner with Stibbe and professor in tax law at the KU Leuven. He has extensive experience in a wide range of tax-related issues, encompassing complex tax litigation, advisory work and transfer pricing matters. Henk has a broad expertise in advising on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs, joint ventures and financing transactions. He has a strong track record in assisting clients in their negotiations with tax authorities and representing them before the administrative and judicial courts.
